Music is an important aspect of worship in the United Methodist Church. One of the founders of Methodism, Charles Wesley, wrote over 6,000 hymns. Click here for a short list of some of his music.

The mission of the Music Ministry is to enhance worship through music.

Although some prior music training is helpful, anyone with an interest in music may join these groups. Even if you don't think you are "talented enough," we welcome new members who want to learn and participate. All music groups practice on Wednesday evenings.

Senior Choir is the predominant music group of our church. They sing during Worship service three times each month from September through May.

The Senior Bells performs beautiful music during Worship service once each month.

Open Circle is our contemporary musical group. They sing during Worship service on the second Sunday of the month.

Children sing during Sunday School twice per month.

Special music is provided during the summer and as needed throughout the year.

Adults and youth perform a sacred movement several times each year. Doreen Miller is the director, and Christina Leines is the youth instructor.
